Look Good, Feel Good!

Realizing 10 yrs ago, I wasn't fat, it was just that my clothes didn't fit well. (Also, 10 yrs ago, I was a broke ass college student). This realization brings me to recall a street merchant in the downtown area of my city who sells beautiful scents and fragrances and him always yelling his sales pitch, "smell good, look good, feel good", (if you're a local reader, then you know who I'm referring to 😉). His declaration is definitely true! Being able to buy the right items for yourself, and being able to purchase them when you need them, goes a long way in how you physically and emotionally feel. 100 lbs later, I'm finally able to buy what I need, when I need it (for the most part), (not thrilled that plus size clothes cost more than regular size clothes, but i digress), however, I do feel so much better in my person, despite being heavier!
